The workplace has changed in nature. We rethink it as a milieu — biophilic, luminous, modular — where performance is measured by air quality, access to landscape, the possibility of silence. Our tertiary projects, from CIRRUS in Strasbourg to Wellcome in Paris, via Talent Makers Lab in Angers and Kaskade in Lille, integrate trees, open ground, flexible use: they anticipate the next decade of work rather than the previous one. The building becomes a tool serving those who occupy it, not the reverse.
