Our tertiary projects, from CIRRUS in Strasbourg to Wellcome in Paris, via Talent Makers Lab in Angers and Kaskade in Lille, integrate trees, open ground, flexible use: they anticipate the next decade of work rather than the previous one. The building becomes a tool serving those who occupy it, not the reverse.
