Senior Architect — Office & Hospitality

Office & hospitality · BIM Revit · ERP experience appreciated · 5+ years

Profile

— Licensed architect (DE / DPLG / HMONP), 5+ years of experience

— Strong command of Revit (BIM level 2 minimum)

— Proven experience in office and hospitality projects

— ERP (public-access buildings) experience appreciated

— Sensitivity to sustainable and bio-inspired design

— Autonomy, rigor, taste for multidisciplinary teamwork

Missions

— Design and development from concept to construction documents

— BIM coordination with engineers and consultants

— On-site supervision

— Dialogue with clients and contractors

— Competition entries

Conditions
