In Clichy, this project proposes a sober and clear architectural writing, rooted in the urban fabric of northern Paris. Volumes articulate around a planted courtyard, facades alternate brick, metal and glass to compose a contemporary silhouette respectful of context. Every apartment benefits from an outdoor extension, balcony, loggia or terrace, designed as additional inhabitable space.
