The office has changed in nature. We rethink it as a milieu, biophilic, luminous, modular, where performance is measured by air quality, access to landscape, the possibility of silence. Our tertiary projects integrate the tree, full ground, programmatic flexibility: they anticipate the next decade of work rather than the previous one. The building becomes a tool serving those who occupy it, not the reverse.
